How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your delivery status through our online portal using your order number and phone number, or by contacting our guest excellence team.
What is your return policy for furniture and appliances?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, furniture may be returned within 48 hours of receipt in original condition. Please note that appliances and custom orders may be subject to specific manufacturer warranties and restocking fees.
Do you offer financing plans?

Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. For additional peace of mind, we also offer Dufresne Protection Plans that cover accidental stains, damage, and mechanical issues beyond the initial warranty period.
Can I request a specific delivery time window?
While we cannot guarantee a specific time at the point of purchase, our delivery team will provide you with a 3-hour time window the day before your scheduled delivery to help you plan your day.
